Merry Christmas 2017
This year for my holiday greeting I wanted to share a simple recipe for happiness with everyone who is subscribed to or visits my blog. I have been sharing recipes and information about a gluten free lifestyle for just over two years now and I am grateful for every one of you.
For most of us life is busy and it gets crazy busy during the holiday season. We do it to ourselves. We accept too many invitations and take on too many tasks just so we don’t miss out. For this reason it seems like a good time to pause and think about what makes you happy.
My ongoing message is to encourage you to spend a little more time cooking your own food. Real food, not processed food-like substances. In the process I hope you find some happiness in your kitchen.
This year I wrote my first ebook, How To Cook More Everyday Meals, that is available to all subscribers. I also I opened my online store and started sharing affiliate links to Amazon. (This means I get a small commission when you make a purchase through a link on my website and there is no extra cost to you.) The learning curve is still steep but looking ahead I plan to post some bread recipes from around the world, publish another ebook, and add new items to the online store.
I am happy learning and sharing more about a gluten free lifestyle. I currently have over two hundred posts with a good variety of my favourite recipes. I have been writing a monthly post series on How To Use Gluten Free Flour for baking since there are so many gluten free flours available. People continue to ask me which ones work best for what recipes so I continue to learn. I plan to continue this series into the new year.
Here’s wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with happiness.
